I'm going to try to get back into menu planning (main dishes only -- side dishes are more haphazard). Posting it here (and linking it with with Menu PlanMonday (at http://orgjunkie.com/2012/03/menu-plan-monday-march-1912.html) might help me keep on track.
I will link to the recipes where possible (some are from the menu-planning service Make 5 dinners in 1 hour and some are from eMeals and it's not really OK to publish them here).
Monday: Chili Dog Crockpot Casserole
Tuesday: Slow Cooked Pineapple Chicken (5 dinners/1 hour)
Wednesday: Taco Cornbread Bake (e-meals)
Thursday: Smoked Sausage and Potatoes (5 dinners/1 hour)
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: Taco Time (eat out)
Sunday (family dinner): Slow Cooked Mustard Crusted Roast (5 dinners/1 hour)

Catch-Up Photos - days 65-67
I've been MIA for a while - just lots going on. Suffice it to say pictures have been taken, stitching and knitting has been done, and lots of decluttering/cleaning. Rather than post details, I'll just share the pictures.
Day 65 - surprise - There hadn't been any snow downtown that day, so imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my car at the park-and-ride and found this:
Day 66 - prices - just some documentation of the gasoline price on this day. This is one of the cheaper spots - some places were much closer to $4.00 a gallon for regular.
Day 67 - skyline - took this while walking to the bus. I've done lots of close-up photos, so thought it was time for a more long range view.

Day 64 - Sunday
Daily Tasks
photo: courtyard: It was chilly on Sunday, but Mom wanted to go out for a walk. We went into the courtyard in the center of the complex - in summer it is full of flowers with a fountain in the middle. In early March, not too many flowers and the fountain is drained. But it was nice to be outside.
stitching: 1 hour, 3 minutes on Curl Up with a Good Book.
Yearly Tasks
knitting: Worked quite a bit on the baby sweater - almost ready to start the sleeves.

Day 63 - Saturday
Daily Tasks
photo: path: For some reason, Fred has a definite path he takes from the house over to the fence. It's more visible at certain times of the year, so I marked it with arrows in case you can't tell. He will go out of his way to keep to this path. Odd dog.
stitching: 1 hour, 10 minutes on Curl up with a Good Book. Working on the books.
de-clutter: spent time in the kitchen and my desk.

de-clutter (Thursday): 30 minutes or so at work, cleaning out emails.
de-clutter (Friday): 15 minutes in the master bedroom, 15 minutes in the kitchen
Yearly Tasks
